A friend of ours named Felicia had to undergo jaw surgery in December 2007, and since her insurance considered this surgery elective, though her doctor viewed it as extremely necessary, she had to come up with the money for the large medical bill on her own.
In an effort to help her avoid going into that much debt, we decided to record a benefit CD of some classic holiday songs. It's all acoustic: nine familiar carols and hymns with a few new twists, including a unique version of the beautiful "I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day" set to a different tune.
All the proceeds went going to Felicia's surgery. For those who don't know her, Felicia is a selfless, loving individual and is one of the most deserving people we know.
